Chamber Terms of Use
Effective 3 July 2026 · Version 1.0
By downloading or using Chamber you agree to these terms. Chamber is published by Kiryl Zhukouski as an independent developer ("we," "our"), based in Poznań, Poland. Chamber is also governed by Apple's standard licence agreement (EULA), which applies in addition to this page.
Chamber is an iPhone camera and photo-development app. It lets you shoot through film-inspired looks live, develop photos already in your library, and save high-resolution results. Chamber is provided as a consumer creative tool.
You keep full ownership of every photo you shoot, import, or develop. We claim no rights over your images and never see them — all processing is on device (see the Privacy Policy).
Chamber is free to download. The free tier includes 4 camera bodies, 6 film looks, unlimited saves, and full-resolution exports with no watermark.
Chamber Pro unlocks all 17 camera bodies, all 28 film looks, the complete darkroom control set, and future camera and film drops.

Subscription terms:
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your iPhone. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- If you take the free trial on the annual plan, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's policies. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
Restoring purchases: Tap Restore Purchases on the Chamber Pro screen to restore an existing purchase on a new device, as long as you are signed in with the same Apple Account. Lifetime purchases and subscriptions both support Family Sharing where enabled in App Store Connect.
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or film rendering pipeline, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or rent the app or any of its assets.
- Use Chamber to create or process material that is unlawful, or that infringes another person's rights, including their likeness and privacy.
- Circumvent purchase verification or entitlement checks.
You are responsible for the photographs you take and for complying with the laws of the place where you use the app.
Chamber, its name, interface, icons, design system, and film rendering pipeline are the property of the developer and are protected by copyright. These terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
Camera bodies and film looks in Chamber are original creative interpretations identified by our own house names. Chamber is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any camera, lens, film, or imaging brand. Any third-party names appearing anywhere are used descriptively and remain the property of their respective owners.
Chamber is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or iOS version.
Back up your work. Chamber stores your roll on device. We are not responsible for photos lost to device failure, storage exhaustion, app deletion, or iOS behaviour outside our control. Save images you want to keep to your Photos library.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of Chamber. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory local law.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or discontinue the app, or features of it, at any time; if we discontinue a paid feature during an active subscription period, you may request a refund from Apple.
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for Chamber. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Apple's standard EULA also applies: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
