iOS camera film photography on-device
Chamber — a camera that feels physical, combining cameras and films, developing photos you already shot, tuning grain and light leaks, the roll, and the full cabinet.

Chamber turns your iPhone into a tactile classic camera and darkroom. Pick a camera personality, load a film-inspired look, and shoot through it live — or import an existing photo and develop it with the same film engine.

It's built around the feeling of a real photographic object: machined controls, amber readouts, film swatches, date stamps, light leaks, grain, borders, and a contact-sheet roll. Seventeen camera personalities combine with twenty-eight film looks for 476 combinations.

Live film preview
Shoot through the look, not after it. The viewfinder renders your loaded film in real time, so the frame you see is the frame you get — machined controls, amber readouts, and a 36-exposure counter included.
17 cameras × 28 films
Combine camera personalities with film looks for 476 combinations. Every body and stock is an original creative interpretation with its own house name — colour negative, slide, black & white, and cinema.
Develop what you already shot
Import any photo from your library and run it through the same film engine. The library darkroom gives your existing photographs the same treatment as a live capture.
The darkroom
Tune intensity, grain, vignette, warmth, halation, light leaks, borders, and date stamps. The controls stay tactile, fast, and visual — no nested menus between you and the frame.
The roll
Every captured and imported frame lands in a contact-sheet roll. Save, share, or batch export developed frames. The counter rolls over at 36 — nothing is ever lost, and there's no cap on how many photos you save.
No watermark, full resolution
High-resolution exports with no forced watermark and no save cap, even on the free tier. Save as JPEG for compatibility or HEIC for smaller files at the same quality.

Chamber is a private camera. Every photo you shoot or import is processed entirely on your device using Apple's Core Image framework, and never leaves it. There are no accounts, no ads, no tracking SDKs, and no third-party analytics.

The camera feed is rendered live in memory and never recorded or transmitted. Chamber reads your photo library only at the moment you pick a photo — it never scans or indexes it in the background. Product events stay on your device and are never sent anywhere, and no advertising identifiers are collected.
